CCSC Receives DEI Support

Crystal Community Ski Club is excited to announce that we have received support for the third time from the DEI Fund at the Grand Traverse Regional Community Foundation.

The Grand Traverse Regional Community Foundation’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Fund supports organizations, programs, and initiatives that advance equity and inclusion across Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, and Leelanau Counties.

“We are grateful for the continued support from the DEI Fund,” said CCSC Executive Director Hunter Steinkamp. “This funding will be used to support our scholarship and outreach efforts.”

CCSC anticipates providing scholarships to nearly 100 youth this winter who participate in our seasonal programs. We also expect to work with more youth than ever with our Outreach Initiatives.

“We have to raise a significant sum of money each summer to support outreach and scholarship work,” said Steinkamp. “This is a nice boost toward our fundraising goals, toward which work is still ongoing.”
